Hours
We are open 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

Location
We are located at 1301 Main Street in Downtown Lynchburg. We are in the City Market Loft complex, one block East of City Market.

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks and Cash.

Parking

One block from City Market, Lynchburg, VA

There are over 200 free public parking spaces within one block of our location. In addition to on-street parking, there is the free lot at City Market, and the pay lot across from us adjacent to Farmer’s Seed and Supply. If you stop by prior to parking in the pay lot we can provide tokens for your use. Additionally, the lot adjacent to our building is available evenings and weekends. Spa Etiquette

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. We strive to be on time to give you the best possible service. Guests arriving late may not receive their full appointment time.
  • What does “+” mean? There may be additional charges depending on the length and texture of hair. Your technician will provide you with an exact quote at the time of consultation.
  • To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 16 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
  • Cancellations without 24 hour notice and no show appointments are charged at full value.
  • We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift certificates may be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated. No service charge will be added to your bill or gift certificate. Quality service is frequently acknowledged by a gratuity of 15–20% which may be added at the time of check-out in the form of cash, check or charge.
